We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy explains how to return items, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Return Window

Non-faulty items: Return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (cooling-off period).
Faulty items: Notify us within 30 days for repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipts.
Exclusions: Hygiene-sealed items (e.g., if opened) or personalised goods.

3. How to Return

Contact office@tthump.com with order number and reason.
We'll provide a returns label (cost deducted from refund unless faulty).
Ship to: Tthump LTD, Unit D4, Braintree Industrial Estate, Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 0EJ.
Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt, to original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

You pay return shipping unless faulty (we cover then).
Original shipping non-refundable for non-faulty returns.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We'll cover all costs and provide refund/replacement promptly.
